Unfortunately, no. We only offer our support plan for websites that’ve built! If you’re interested in having our team build you an amazing website, reach out and we’ll be happy to talk!
Common ways that members use our support plan are to add a new person to their team page, change out banner images, add a new blog post, update the text on a service page, and more. The key is that it must be something that takes less than 10 minutes for our team to complete and can be done without back-and-forth collaboration.
If it’s a bigger update like building a new page, we’ll be happy to give you a quote!
If something you need is outside the scope of our membership, like adding a new page, we’ll provide a quote for a work session. You’ll pick a time on our calendar, show up via chat, and we’ll complete the work during that time.
Work sessions are normally $400/hr, but as a member you get 50% ✋
Absolutely! There are no contracts, so you can cancel at any time. You can cancel via your plan management portal or just email us and we'll take care of it!
